Since last year, for about three months, I have been experiencing frequent bleeding not related to my period, possibly due to stress or post-diet side effects. When I was younger, I might have thought it was nothing, but now that I am older, I am worried it might be a uterine issue. So, I had a health checkup including an ultrasound of the uterus, and they said the thickening of the uterine wall was the cause. It could be endometrial hyperplasia? They told me to come back if irregular bleeding starts again for a more accurate diagnosis. However, since then, I haven't had any bleeding except during my period. My menstrual cycle is normal, and the flow isn't heavy. So, I haven't gone back to the hospital, but should I go again? I'm glad it's returned to normal, but I am still worried.
