(Concern) I sometimes have stomach aches; is it because my stomach is weak?

Lately, I've been experiencing occasional stomach aches.

The gastroscopy results show a slight atrophic gastritis.

The colonoscopy results are normal, scheduled for a check-up in four years.

Could the recent stomach aches be caused by eating cold foods as the weather gets warmer?

Sometimes I still have stomach aches even on days when I haven't eaten much.

The upper stomach is originally a bit weak, but...

I think it's happening a bit more often than before..

I'm worried about what the cause might be...
