(Concern) Uterine fibroids

I found out I was pregnant with my second child and that I have a fibroid.. The obstetrician said that the size and location are not bad, so let's monitor it until I give birth..

I trusted my doctor and safely gave birth to my second child~

The size of the fibroid increased by 1-2 cm after giving birth.

The hospital suggested follow-up observation, and fortunately, we have been doing well together even after 18 years... It's been three years since menopause, so I think I might be experiencing menopausal symptoms and am wondering if I should take hormone therapy. I'm worried that my fibroids might grow~~ㅠ

Do I really need to have surgery now?~
