Is there a solution for chronic rhinitis?

I have had rhinitis since I was young.

Changing seasons or just cold wind

I have insomnia and a runny nose.

Is there no fundamental solution?

It's always like this, and it's very exhausting.

Medicines are always stocked, and it's unsettling if they're not available.

I've tried everything that was supposed to be good, but it was all useless ㅠㅠ
