(Concern) Should I continue taking blood pressure medication?

Five years ago, I had a health checkup, and there was an issue with the gastroscopy.

If your blood pressure exceeds 140, you cannot undergo an endoscopy.

I kept measuring every 10 minutes and finally passed on the fourth attempt.

I started taking blood pressure medication from the next day.

Lately, I've been exercising a lot while having fun, so my blood pressure has been gradually dropping.

Taking medication and measuring in the morning results in a reading between 114 and 120.

The lower side was lingering in the 60s, which was somewhat risky, so I stopped the medication and started monitoring.

The result will be 126-76 at 11:50 PM tonight.

I will keep checking, and if it goes back up, I will eat.

Is it okay to do this?

약을 중단해야 하는 것도 의사와 잘 상의를 해보고 하는 게 좋을 거 같아요 마음대로 하면 안 돼요

혈압약은 한 번 먹으면 계속 먹어야 한다고들 하시던데....
일단 의사소견을 들어보시는 게 어떨까요?

꾸준히 관리해요. 하루에 2번 이상 아침저녁으로 체크해요.
그래서 범위내로 올라가면 약을 먹어야죠.

혈압약 먹는것도 의사와 상의해서 결정하는 것처럼 끊는것도 의사와 상의하는게 중요할거 같아요

임의로 약 끊었다 먹었다 하는 것은 조금 걱정되는 것 같아요

제가 5년정도 위사와 상담해본 결과는,
의사는 절대로 약을 끊으라 하지 않습니다. 농도만 조절하겠지요.
자신이 공부하고 체크해서 결정할 문제인 것 같아요.
