Hello, this is Sunja 🤭
This time, let me share my concerns.
Actually, I've had finger pain since my mid-20s (now in my late 30s).
When I try to bend it, I shiver, and if someone accidentally catches my finger during a joke, I curse. My ex-boyfriend, now my husband, used to get scolded a lot when he played around. He would grab the joint and roll his nose like a booger... 🤬
Currently, the pain is not as severe as before, but I experience occasional pain. And if I happen to drink beer, the pain returns.
However, during a health checkup, blood tests show values related to rheumatoid arthritis.
What I am curious about is.
Is this pain caused by gout? Or is it due to arthritis? Or could it be both?
It doesn't hurt for a while, but once it starts hurting, it lasts for about 2 to 3 days.
Has anyone experienced finger joint pain similar to mine and received treatment?
What kind of treatment did you receive? Physical therapy? Medication? An adult who is afraid to go to the hospital.
Are there any other tips that are good for pain relief? I heard there is something like topical magnesium. Would it help?
