I had a health check-up!!

This year, I finally had a health checkup during the first half of the year. I’ve mentioned this before in my posts... Whenever I try to make a reservation for a checkup near the end of the year, the preferred checkup centers are fully booked, and I often end up receiving somewhat disrespectful treatment because there are too many people at the centers.

So this time, I made a real effort to make an early reservation and got a check-up last week. As I get older, I need not only a basic health check but also cancer screenings, so it took almost the entire morning, but I felt really relieved after finishing everything. It wasn't very crowded either, so I was able to go through the process quite comfortably.

Those eligible for health check-ups this year, please get your screenings done quickly before it's too late and before the crowds increase~~
