What are some good management methods for rhinitis?

These rainy days, I keep sneezing even during the weekends.
It becomes dry, causing tiny blood vessels inside the nasal mucosa to burst, forming scabs, and touching or rubbing the nasal mucosa can cause wounds.
The injured area is slightly swollen, and when it gets irritated repeatedly, I end up sneezing.
I drink water frequently too..
It's so frustrating to be stuck like this even on a rainy day.
It has been raining since yesterday, so today is somewhat less rainy.
Yesterday, I kept sneezing and crying.
Is it because it's dry even though it's raining?
Does it also include some level of allergy?
What else should I do besides drinking plenty of fluids?
