About two years ago, I remember feeling dizzy upon waking up in the morning and just collapsing completely.
I wondered what this was for a moment, lying down and feeling dizzy, just searching... I realized it was benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Tinnitus and BPPV seem to be related concepts. I thought tinnitus was just a strange sound heard in the ear, but anyway, I found a simple self-treatment method on YouTube. After trying it 3-4 times, I got better immediately. After some time, the same symptoms occurred again. I used the same method (lying down, turning my head to the left for 30 seconds, looking at the sky for 30 seconds, then turning my head to the right for 30 seconds repeatedly), and I recovered again.
It wasn't as serious as I thought, so it was easily treated, and anyway, I haven't experienced any more episodes of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo since then.
Is it true that this also occurs when you are stressed or anxious? I was relieved because I was able to briefly overcome my fear of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.

- 01CommentsDid you go to the hospital and get a prescription for medicine and eye drops? I'm also suffering right now because I have a stye and even developed blepharitis. I hope you take your medicine and get better soon.370026.10.20
- 02CommentsIf you have multiple family members who have suffered from dementia, it is understandable that you would be worried. You do not necessarily have to take brain supplements to prevent dementia. Just because a supplement is said to be good for brain health does not mean there is sufficient evidence to prove that it actually lowers the risk of developing dementia. If you have a family history, it is more important to identify your own risk factors and focus on proven preventive care rather than choosing supplements first.670026.10.16
