Menopause seems to be really difficult to manage psychologically.
I'm curious about how others manage it, so I'm leaving this message.
I suddenly feel much hotter or get very annoyed.
Even small things usually make me really angry.
First, I went to the obstetrics and gynecology department for consultation and underwent various tests.
I am taking the medication as prescribed on the map.
But it seems that the psychological aspect is not just a hormonal issue.
I feel depressed because I think my life is coming to an end.
Now, even a little pain brings along feelings of depression with that suffering.
Do I need psychiatric treatment? 😢

- 01CommentsIf you have multiple family members who have suffered from dementia, it is understandable that you would be worried. You do not necessarily have to take brain supplements to prevent dementia. Just because a supplement is said to be good for brain health does not mean there is sufficient evidence to prove that it actually lowers the risk of developing dementia. If you have a family history, it is more important to identify your own risk factors and focus on proven preventive care rather than choosing supplements first.1060026.10.16
