Does the cervical cancer prevention vaccine for obstetrics and gynecology also help men with cancer?

Are those who are dating, have you received the cervical cancer vaccination...?

I am male, but I got the cervical cancer prevention shot because I heard it helps. It was a bit expensive too.

I heard that it helps prevent cervical cancer and also helps block HPV transmission. However, when I looked online about the cervical cancer vaccine, I saw that it might also help prevent cancer in men like me... Is that true? Honestly, I’m not sure. I wish I had asked when I went, but I only saw it online after getting the vaccine.

I'm curious if others have experienced this too, haha.
