Is it good to get the cervical cancer vaccine?

I think I also heard about side effects before.

It seems that people stopped using it again when the side effects were mentioned during the time it was working well.

Is it okay to get vaccinated now? Is there no issue? I thought only young people needed it, but it seems like even people in their mid-40s should get it?

I'm honestly a bit skeptical about whether being in the mid-40s is effective, so I'm wondering if it's okay.
