Menopausal symptoms are a major concern in advance.

It seems like I am gradually experiencing early menopause symptoms. I normally have no mood swings, but lately I have been getting angry easily and suddenly wanting to tell people off. I feel like my patience has decreased a lot, and sometimes I wonder why I am like this. I plan to consult with an obstetrician and gynecologist at least once and get some treatment, but it's not easy. I should also see a doctor and take supplements.
