Will it be more difficult to age if I do not receive menopause treatment?
In the past, I thought that menopausal symptoms were something you just had to go through once without treatment, so I didn't visit the hospital. But these days, there are many health supplements for menopause, and gynecologists often prescribe medication after consultation. They say that symptoms like hot flashes and depression can be alleviated... I also don't feel extremely distressed when I experience hot flashes or flushing, so I haven't gone to the hospital or taken supplements. However, a friend told me that such menopausal symptoms don't end with menopause but can occur several times in the future, and if you don't get treatment before menopause, it could be more difficult in old age. Do I really have to receive treatment at the hospital and take medication to make old age easier?
