The sadness of a bald crown

The crown of my head keeps losing hair. I am a woman. I am a bit older. However, compared to my peers, my hair is very sparse. I don't have any particularly stressful situations. About a year ago, I started noticing that I was losing quite a bit of hair every time I washed my hair, and the bald spot on the crown of my head became very noticeable. I dislike that people keep mentioning it. Some even talk about partial wigs. But I want to endure with my own hair no matter what.
