When combing, you should control the amount of force properly, but a hairbrush for hair loss is a cushioned hairbrush that allows for a comfortable combing experience without applying too much force. Brushing with excessive force on the scalp can cause more stress and may lead to traction alopecia, so please keep that in mind. Gentle brushing that does not burden the hair and scalp is important.
