I went to the OB/GYN because of irregular periods and was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome.

I heard that if I don't manage it properly through diet and exercise, I could develop high blood pressure and diabetes.
I heard there is no complete cure, but can I still get much better if I take medication and manage my lifestyle?
