Today, I went for a workout at 6 a.m., and the cool breeze was so refreshing.
It's nice to get some fresh air now and then, making it good for exercise~
I ran 3 km and also walked diligently to reach 10,000 steps~
Walking 10,000 steps and taking a walk along the forest trail to cool off a bit.
I have done it~
Since it's hot again today, please make sure to stay well hydrated.
