I made an appointment for manual therapy at Jeonghyang Surgery, but despite my appointment, I was surprised to see so many patients waiting. After registering and receiving guidance, I was told there was too much traffic today and that I wouldn't have time for manual therapy, so I should just wait for the consultation. Since I already had a manual therapy appointment, I explained this to them, and they suggested I wait for the director's consultation and just get the manual therapy first.
Since it was my first visit, I expected to receive basic treatment and consultation, but I was disappointed that treatment was given right away without any consultation. Furthermore, it felt like closing time had arrived, and I only received about 40 minutes of manual therapy (for an hour), yet I was still charged the full amount. Overall, I felt the reservation system and time management were inadequate, and I suspect those expecting a thorough explanation or treatment will be disappointed.
