Health goals to maintain for the week~
I set weekly goals rather than monthly ones.
I think the best health goal is to be able to keep it for a week^^
Maybe it's some kind of inexplicable pressure lol if I don't follow this,
I feel like I'm being conscience-stricken lol. Is it just me? lol
Drink plenty of water and walk more than 5,000 steps
Stretch frequently and make sure to eat rice regularly.
