1) Drink a cup of warm water after waking up
2) Take probiotics on an empty stomach (also take other supplements after meals)
3) Have one meal a day consisting of a diet (salad or banana, boiled egg, soy milk).
Walk more than 10,000 steps every day
5) Drink beer no more than twice a week
