This week's health goal is consistency.
My health goal for this week is to consistently continue what I am currently doing.
I also consistently do early morning exercise.
Taking good care of supplements and water as well,
I also walk 10,000 steps regularly.
Make sure to include foam roller stretching as well.
Prepare a warm compress on your eyes before sleeping.
There seem to be various other things... I don't remember them well, haha.
I will continue steadily this week as well.
