Today's diet & exercise goal results (3/4)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & meat - failed (I was busy and skipped it...)
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
Today, I was busy again and worked overtime~
Still, even if I work overtime, I have to somehow reach 10,000 steps, so I try to fill it during the day when I walk around~
After finishing overtime, I went to the gym and managed to reach 10,000 steps on the treadmill somehow~
I'm hungry even while writing this, but I'm also sleepy, and since I've gained too much weight, I'm passing on the overtime~
I'll make sure to eat a healthy meal tomorrow morning~ haha
