Run a total of 37 km from the 23rd to the 30th, walk 35,000 steps, and climb more than 130 floors. Focus on upper body strength exercises.
This week was a good week for exercising because it didn't rain during the early morning hours.
I think I did a lot more than last week.
My running plan for July was to run 200 km, but I have already run 163 km.
As of today in July, I seem to have walked an average of 37,700 steps, about 1,000 steps more than last month.
In the last week of July, I will reduce running and walking a little and focus on upper body strength training.
On days I finish exercising early, I grill meat and have a small can of beer, two glasses of soju and makgeolli, or one glass of soju and makgeolli, totaling three drinking sessions. I don't think the amount of alcohol I consume is large, nor does it cause any inconvenience in my daily life, so I don't see it as a problem.
Sometimes, when I see the smoking/drinking cessation board, I wonder if I drink too often or if it's okay.
If there are many comments saying it's probably okay, I think I'll have another drink tonight.
