Walking 10,000 steps every day is a great exercise method that allows you to do app-based earning and earn some pocket money!
So, I walk 10,000 steps every day, regardless of whether it rains or snows.
Every morning, as soon as I wake up, I awaken my body's cells with a glass of lukewarm water.
Then you can wake up a little earlier.
When I snap out of my daze, I take probiotic supplements on an empty stomach and collagen!
Morning routine is done!! Haha. During the day, everyone goes about their own activities, and after dinner,
Depending on my condition, I ride an indoor bicycle or do some other exercise.
Living with this routine, haha, since I don't control my diet, I don't lose weight but...
It doesn't get more greasy? It has become a healthy lifestyle! Haha
