From July 9th to 15th, despite the heavy monsoon rains, I consistently did my best to achieve my goals.
Average 37,474 steps, 138 floors, running 5 days a week.
I exercised every day from 5 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
On the early morning of the 10th, it rained a little during my run, so I gave up running and was caught in a heavy downpour on my way home, but fortunately, there wasn't much rain during the early hours, so I started my day with some stair exercises on the back mountain.
Next week, I will continue exercising with safety in mind.
Over 35,000 steps. 130 floors. Running is about not being greedy.
If I run and take a morning walk, I can easily reach 20,000 steps, but if I start with stair exercises, I only get about 12,000 to 13,000 steps in the same amount of time. I keep wanting to run more, but right after heavy rain, the roads can be slippery, so I won't obsess over the number of steps and will continue exercising happily.
