My health goals for this week
1. Drinking water on an empty stomach
Drink at least 1 liter of water daily
3. Make sure to take your supplements regularly
4. Do 30 minutes of home training (5 sets each)
Walking for over an hour, including a 10,000-step walk (at least 4 times a week)
This week, it says it will keep raining on the weekends, so I wonder if I can achieve the 10,000 steps walk.
I don't know, I should even make my home training more intense.
