3. Plank for 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Success
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
Today, it rained so much that I couldn't go to the gym~ㅠㅠ
I should have prepared extra clothes in advance, but I couldn't...
I left work during a rainstorm so heavy that even with an umbrella, I got completely soaked~ㅠㅠ
I don't have the willpower to go back home again...
Next time, I will prepare in advance~ㅠㅠ
