The last week of June had rainy days, my mom's hospital visits, and various other reasons made it difficult to achieve my exercise goals, but I want to keep my promises made on this board. Yesterday and today, I did stair exercises, climbing over 200 floors each day, and averaged it out.
My eating habits, which started with not eating bread two days a week, improved significantly over the month of June.
The frequency of eating bread or snacks has decreased significantly.
This week, especially since my granddaughters didn't come, I didn't buy bread or snacks, so I don't think I ate any.
Drinking twice, late-night snack once
In July, even if I have no appetite, I will commit to eating at least one home-cooked meal a day and running five days a week, aiming for a monthly challenge of 200 km of running.
If you can't exercise much due to the weather, don't stress; instead, enjoy a happy life by taking care of your mind.
