Walking 7 out of 6 times a day
- Running (3 km): 5 times a week out of 4-5 times
- Climbing stairs (15 floors): 8 times out of 6 times per week
This week's health goal (June 28 - July 4)
- Walking 10,000 steps a day, 6 times
- Running (3 kilometers): 5 times
- Climbing stairs (15 floors): 7 times
Honestly, I don't know if learning is possible.
Still, it's a goal.
