3. Plank 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Failed but...
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
Today was a very busy day... work never stopped... so I had no choice but to work overtime...ㅠㅠ
So, I didn't even have time to prepare a salad or do planks along with squats.
I thought it wouldn't work at all like this, so I went to the gym for a quick workout.
Yes... I finished my overtime work and it was past 11 o'clock, so I just left... I wanted to work for at least 30 minutes...
So I did some lower body exercises briefly instead of squats and planks... haha
It's been a while since I exercised, and I definitely feel proud and like my sadness is easing a bit~ㅎ
I guess I go to the gym and work out for this taste~ㅎ
I'll be leaving work late again tomorrow, but I will still go to the gym! Haha
