My health goal is to become healthier in everyday life.
I prefer to use stairs rather than the elevator and always try to maintain proper posture. By keeping my back straight, relaxing the tension in my shoulders, and maintaining good posture in daily life, I can reduce pain caused by poor posture.
Whenever I have free time, I try to do stretching and make sure to do at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise once a day.
Drink plenty of water, avoid flour-based foods, and prefer homemade meals over instant dishes. Maintaining these small but healthy habits in daily life is my health goal.
