Walking 10,000 steps

Drink 2 liters of water

Taking supplements

Evening drinking gathering (drink plenty of water and drink alcohol in moderation)

 

I have many appointments this week, so I haven't been managing well, and I think I need to finish the evening gathering quicklyㅠㅠ
