Is it okay to exercise on an empty stomach in the morning?

I am a man in my 50s who works at an office. It is difficult to exercise regularly in the evening after work because I have many other things to do. Therefore, I exercise on an empty stomach early in the morning before going to work. I am asking because there are mixed opinions about exercising on an empty stomach in the morning. Is it okay to exercise on an empty stomach in the morning?
