April 1st, which is a Monday, is a good day to start, haha.
I plan to start strength training again from April.
My knees haven't been good, so I only walked, but I think strength training is becoming more necessary. I need to start gradually without overdoing it. My goal for 2024 is to walk 10,000 steps every day, and I'm still on track for now, haha.
☆April Plan☆
Consistently walking 10,000 steps
Strength training (squats, planks) 3 to 4 days a week
Drink water frequently throughout the day to fill 2 liters
Make sure to have a healthy meal at least once a day~
I drink decaffeinated coffee to sleep well.
Sometimes recharge with caffeine
Finish well over the two days in March.
