아프지 않게 늙으려먼 운동이 답이죠. 꾸준히 운동해서 건강한 몸 만들어 봅시다.
As I get older year by year, my body starts to break down in various places, and there is no part that doesn't hurt.
Just imagining living like this makes me terrified that I might end up old and only able to lie in a nursing home bed.
So, my health goal is to age healthily at all costs.
I have thought of a few things I must practice to achieve that.
First, move your body a lot.
Even if it's bothersome, go out and walk, and keep exercising regularly by even signing up for a gym.
Second. Eat a balanced meal.
I used to just eat to fill my stomach, but from now on, I will take care to eat a nutritionally balanced diet that benefits my health.
Third. Always go to the hospital when you're sick.
A type that tends to endure pain without going to the hospital, making it good for raising children. A bad habit that must be fixed.
I will definitely try to follow these three things.
