Hello. My health goal is to focus on losing weight by targeting the waste accumulated in my belly fat and thighs. These days, I feel my stomach protruding more than before, possibly because I’ve been attending more gatherings than in the past and eating late at night without thinking. No matter how busy I am, I walk over 10,000 steps a day using a walking app, and my belly fat and thighs are becoming more toned over time. Therefore, my health goal is to consistently do aerobic exercises that are effective in reducing belly fat and to regularly acupressure my thighs to release the built-up waste and unblock my body. I also want to steadily follow a diet and exercise routine to reduce my body fat percentage. Reducing body fat percentage is really difficult, but I am determined to work hard to achieve my health goals. ^^ Starting today, I plan to stop eating late-night snacks and soak my feet in a foot bath for over 30 minutes to help eliminate waste.
