Almost achieved my health goal on 2/8^^

  1. Walking for 20 minutes after each meal
  2. Visited the dentist (walked as much as possible) => Steps: 19,721 steps
  3. Climbing stairs 5 floors twice => OK
  4. Slowly lift your leg while leaning against the wall => Difficult on the left. Perform only on the right.
  5. Dumbbell exercise 4 sets => Okay
