The original health goal is simply to walk 10,000 steps.
This week, I upgraded it a bit more and set it to walk 10,000 steps including uphill climbs.
Last week, I went uphill about three times. I couldn't go because it rained.
Today the weather is nice, so I will try to stay motivated and achieve my goals.
Since I use my phone and computer a lot, I also do eye exercises and take breaks.
My small health goal for this week
