Setting health goals!

Hello

I have been using Cashdoc for quite a long time, but I only recently found out that it has this feature haha.

 

subtly, my family has a history of various illnesses, so we try to live a healthy lifestyle.

Even if it's not something extraordinary, I try to walk briskly for about an hour three to four times a week, and if possible, I avoid instant foods at home and mainly eat natural foods (?)

But even if it seems trivial, it's actually quite difficult to practice consistently, haha. I need to make an effort.

    목표 설정은 쉽죠.. 자연식은 일단 어렵고 운동은 할수가 있죠 목표는 가능한 것부터 하시는게 좋을
