This week's health goal setting is
Eat as healthily as possible
I decided not to lie down immediately after eating and to exercise instead.
I keep lying down after meals because I feel tired.
It has a harmful effect on the body.
If possible, be sure to do a simple walking exercise after meals.
Only in the late evening, except when I have plans
I'm trying not to eat late-night snacks ^^
