It's more difficult to keep track of time than to exercise.
I decided I couldn't do it anymore, so I bought a trampoline for jumping exercises and now I exercise at home while watching YouTube whenever I have free time.
This seems to be easy on the joints and also effective for exercise.
I have been working hard for two months with the goal of definitely completing at least four times a week.
