Although May is already halfway through, I am writing down my goals that I am aiming for in my heart.
Then I will be able to practice it better!!
Walking 10,000 steps a day
Walking exercise is good for the body and is the most accessible.
Additionally, since there is little strain on my knees, I want to continue consistently.
Perform strength-focused home workouts at least four times a week
3. Do daily stretching every day
Drink at least 1 liter of bottled water.
I don't like drinking water, so I set a small goal.
I will definitely practice the above four things and have a healthy May.
