Set your health goals for May!

From May onwards, it's not just about preparation...

I am consistently taking folic acid and trying to live healthily to truly achieve my pregnancy plan.

I usually take good care of vitamin D, which always shows up as deficient in my regular health check-ups...

What other health plans should I set for myself, given my goal of pregnancy?

The daytime temperature is getting much hotter, and I'm starting to get tired of walking ten thousand steps...ㅠ

    운동도 조금씩 해야해요~~ 임신하면 체력이 많이 힘들거든요~ 미리 체력 안배해놔야죠~
    낮에 산책걷기 힘드시면 저녁산책이라도 어떨까요??

    음...저도 임신을 계획하고 있어서 꾸준히 엽산 먹다가 
    계획 실패로 엽산 안먹은지 두달째..?ㅎㅎ

    간단한 운동과 찬물보단 몸을 따뜻하게 따뜻한물 챙겨드시는것도 좋은거 같아요
