Summer is approaching. It's a time to manage your body shape. More than that, I plan to control my weight for diabetes management. I developed gestational diabetes while pregnant with my two children. Then, two years after giving birth, diabetes returned.
The basics of diabetes management are primarily weight loss and essential dietary therapy.
My management is going well, but to become healthier, I think it would be good to lose a little more weight, so I plan to lose an additional 5kg.
Exercise should include walking 10,000 steps and strength training, so I plan to do 50 squats each. Also, I plan to run three times a week.
And, of course, diet control. I plan to focus on a diet rich in dietary fiber with plenty of vegetables and consume small amounts of brown rice.
