This week's health goal!

This week's health goal.

These days, I have severe constipation and dryness, so I'm trying to drink a lot of water, but it's not easy.

And I'm trying to reduce snacks too, haha. This is the hardest part.

Still, I am trying to endure for the sake of health.

Fighting!!!

 

  • Running crew 2-3 times on weekdays
  • Walking more than 5,000 steps every day
  • Drink 2 liters of water
  • No snacks after 7 PM
