Both my lower back and neck have herniated discs.
I really went to the hospital for treatment... got injections, manual therapy, and exercise therapy... did everything I was told to do...
Not at all... I just spent the time without making much progress.
My stamina needs to improve, but my strength isn't increasing;;
The primary doctor... ultimately...
Just keep walking steadily.
So, I have been doing it continuously for over two years.
Since April of last year, I walk 10,000 steps every day!
I walk 10,000 steps every day out of habit... for strength.
This year, I will steadily work hard...
Climbing stairs... continue doing it every day...
I want to run a full 5 kilometers smoothly.
I am currently 3 kilograms, but I have been trying since mid-November last year, and it's still difficult.
Around 18 minutes... Even if the timing is somewhat accurate.
Because it's hard... I can't enjoy it.
Still... about 6 months... During the 7th round of running challenge, I managed to run 3 kilometers fully, which I find impressive haha
But!!! As I keep saying, it's really hard;;
I run for my health, but I want to have fun~~ haha
Within this year...
I want to enjoy running by running a full 5 kilometers.
