Lose 3 kilograms while building muscle

Goal: Lose 3 kilograms / Body fat below 23%

Period: 2 months (May 10 - June 9)

In May, I entrusted my body to various events, and I gained 2 kilograms. I went on trips and ate out a lot, so my body quickly feels heavier. Moreover, since the day before yesterday, I've been lying down due to a cold, and I haven't been able to do my usual exercise, so I've gained even more weight. Starting today, I will manage my diet a bit, and once I recover, I will start exercising again. I will run for two months.
