Setting health goals?????

Starting this week until the end of May, it's less about setting health goals and more about a project to get in shape before traveling haha.

 

  1. 30 minutes of home workout on an empty stomach
  2. Drink more than 1 liter of water
  3. Walking more than 7,000 steps
  4. Share news (preferably a simple dinner)

I have travel plans at the beginning of June. I need to stay consistent, and I hope I can wear pretty clothes by then.

Haha, I hope everyone achieves their goals.
