My health goal too! (No late-night snacks!)

I get off work late every day.

Leaving work between 9 and 10 o'clock.

Having dinner at that time

Bedtime is also quite late.

Wash up and watch some TV.

Then I always end up with snacks or something.

Bread... like sausage or something.

I keep it in my mouth.

When the flesh is tender and soft

I just need to exercise soon and lose it!! I said...

It piles up and accumulates...

I've reached a weight I've never seen in my lifeㅠㅠ

My exercise goal is to reduce late-night snacks for now.

I need to lose some weight and set a new goal~

No more late-night snacks starting today!!

I will definitely keep it!

    야식만 안먹어두 살이 안찌죠~
    저두 퇴근하면 8시라 밥먹고 자려고 하면 출출해서 꼭 먹게 되더라구요~
    저두 야식을 줄어야 겠어요

    저는 밤에 먹는 맥주가 그렇게 맛있더라구요 ㅎㅎ
    게다가 맥주는 안주랑 같이 먹는게 또 그렇게 맛있어서 ~~ 
    하지만 저도 반성중~ 같이 줄여봅시다 ㅎㅎ
